Greta Cánovas
She has extensive experience in startups and SMEs, an environment in which she has participated as an investor, strategic advisor, CFO and head of administration and finance. She has participated in the merger and acquisition process of companies in different sectors, in addition to the integration of the acquired company into the acquiring company’s system.
In January 2023, she created the Startup Finance Team consulting firm, from which she joined as CFO at Wide Eyes Technologies (acquired by Stylitics), Pharmacelera, among others. From 2020 to 2022, she was Finance Manager at BHV Partners, a venture builder in healthcare, which she remains linked to as an advisor.
Before joining BHV Partners, she was Financial Controller at AELIX Therapeutics, Financial Controller at NetIP Consulting, Financial Controller at Vantum Corporate (a strategic and financial advisory firm focused on startups and acquired by Deloitte), Head of Administration and Finance at Grolman Iberia and Financial Controller at IHT.
She holds a degree in Business Sciences from the University of Barcelona, a postgraduate degree in Financial Management and a postgraduate degree in Management Control from the UPF Barcelona School of Management.

How do we work?
We gather information to thoroughly understand your project, we get involved, and we work closely with the management team of each startup and SME. Our day-to-day monitoring of the company enables us to suggest improvements and recommendations regarding financial aspects and respond to any needs that may arise.
You can hire us as an external CFO on a recurring basis (we integrate and become an additional member of the team ✊) or on demand to prepare the business plan before the first round of investment.
When to hire us?
